Our electronic and software background serves to solve both your hardware and software related problems. We offer our onsite computer repair services because we are confident in our ability to get you up and running more effectively than before. We are non destructive about data and use experienced understanding to preserve your data from destruction and restore it to new installations.
Our breakdown call-out service is available by appointment. This includes on the spot diagnosis, an estimate of the likely costs and a fix where possible
Often problems can be fixed in your home but, unfortunately, there are many issues that require attention in our Service Centre. This is often better for technical reasons but also, it’s often far cheaper for you if we can collect/deliver your PC and work on it back at base. You don’t pay for us to be sitting around in your home whilst the PC is running a test, loading software, etc
If your computer needs to come in to us:
We make a fixed appointment to collect and return your machine
Usually, we don't need the monitor, cables, mouse and other stuff - just the PC box itself
We strongly advise that you back-up any files that you need to keep
We will also need any operating or driver disks that came with your machine together with any manuals that refer to the motherboard or other components
Many computer repairs can be completed by our computer technical support within 24 hours, but this is subject to part availability. We will give you an estimate of anticipated turn around when we pick up your machine
We will invoice you for all costs and charges. For security reasons, we do not handle cash or cheques whilst out on calls
We also do computer Upgrades to existing PCs to extend their life or increase their performance
